Who these terms are with
Secuiera Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U62090MR2026PTC479171), registered at No. 1-327, Raghunath Vihar, Sector 14, Kharghar, Panvel, Raigarh (MH) - 410210, Maharashtra, India.
What they cover
This website, the web dashboard at dashboard.secuiera.com, and the Secuiera mobile app for iOS and Android. Using any of them means accepting these terms.
How these sit with your organisation's agreement
These terms govern your use of the software as an individual. The written agreement between Secuiera and your organisation governs the commercial relationship: what was bought, on what terms, with what service levels.
Where the two ever disagree, that agreement takes precedence over this page. Nothing here reduces what your organisation negotiated.
Your account
Accounts are issued by your organisation, not opened by you. Keep your credentials to yourself: the audit trail attributes every action to the account that performed it, and an account two people share produces a record that is worse than no record.
Tell your administrator promptly if you think someone else has your access. Your organisation can suspend or withdraw your account at any time, and we act on their instruction when they do.
Using the software properly
Use it for your organisation's security auditing, and within the law. Don't attempt to reach another organisation's tenancy, probe or interfere with the service, upload malware, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else.
Don't upload content you have no right to hold, and don't photograph people as evidence where doing so would breach the law or your own workplace policy. The camera is there for perimeters, doors, locks and equipment.
Content your organisation puts in
Audit records, findings and evidence belong to your organisation, not to us. We hold them to run the service on its instructions, and we don't sell them, mine them, or use them to train models. What we do with them is set out on our privacy page.
Your organisation is responsible for having the right to hold what its team uploads, and for deciding how long its records are kept.
Availability
We work to keep the service up and we don't promise it never goes down. Where your organisation's agreement sets service levels, those are the commitments that bind us; this page doesn't add to them or take from them.
The mobile app keeps working offline by design, so a site visit doesn't depend on signal. Syncing does depend on connectivity, and on the app being a version we still support.
Not advice, and not certification
Nothing here or in the product is legal, regulatory or security advice, and nothing in it certifies anything. Whether your sites meet a given standard is determined by the body that owns that standard and its approved auditors, not by us or by a score in our software.
Third-party standards and trade marks
Secuiera is aligned to the structure of the TAPA standards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed certification body for TAPA. Certification is issued by TAPA and its approved auditors.
Other standards referenced on this site, including C-TPAT and AEO, belong to their respective owners. Referencing a standard is not a claim of affiliation with, endorsement by, or accreditation under it.
Our content
The software, text, design and images belong to Secuiera unless stated otherwise. Product screenshots depict our own software. You get the right to use the product while your organisation's agreement is in force, and nothing more than that is transferred.
Descriptions on this site are written to be accurate as at publication. Secuiera is an early-stage product and it changes; a description here is not a contractual commitment that a specific capability exists in a specific form on a specific date. If you find something that overstates the product, tell us and we'll correct it.
Industry cargo-crime figures shown on the home page are third-party industry statistics published by others. They are not our figures and are not results attributable to Secuiera or to its software.
Links out
We link to external sites where they're the authoritative source. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Liability
We provide the site and the software as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Verify anything material with us directly before you rely on it.
Where your organisation's agreement sets a liability position, that is the one that applies between us and your organisation.
Ending your access
Your organisation can withdraw your account at any time, and you can ask for yours to be closed. We can suspend access where it is being used in breach of these terms, and we will tell your organisation why rather than doing it silently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Raigarh, Maharashtrahave exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Where your organisation's agreement names a different forum, that agreement governs the relationship with your organisation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Where a change is material and you hold an account, we'll tell you rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
