Who we are
Secuiera Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U62090MR2026PTC479171), registered at No. 1-327, Raghunath Vihar, Sector 14, Kharghar, Panvel, Raigarh (MH) - 410210, Maharashtra, India.
Because we are incorporated in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 is the regime we answer to. Where the law of your own country gives you stronger rights over your personal data, ask and we will honour those too rather than arguing about which statute applies.
What this covers
Three things: this marketing website, the web dashboard at dashboard.secuiera.com, and the Secuiera mobile app for iOS and Android. They share one account system and one set of practices, which is why they share one notice.
Who decides what happens to it
For enquiries, your account and this website, Secuiera decides what is collected and why. Everything below is exercisable against us directly.
For the audit records your team creates in the platform, we hold that content on your organisation's instructions under its agreement with us. We don't mine it, sell it, or use it to train anything. A request to delete it goes to your organisation, because acting on it from here would mean erasing their records on someone else's say-so.
If you only visit this website
Only what you type into a form. On the demo and contact forms that is your name, your email address, and optionally your company, an approximate number of sites, and your message.
We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, so there's no behavioural profile being assembled about you. We won't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and we won't sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
If you have an account
The details your organisation provides so you can be given access: your name, work email address, role, and the sites you are assigned to. We keep sign-in records so an administrator can see who accessed what, which is a requirement of the audit trail the product exists to produce.
Your organisation's administrators can see your activity within their own tenancy. That is the point of an audit platform rather than a side effect of one.
What the mobile app asks for, and what it never asks for
The app requests the camera so you can photograph findings while walking a site, and access to your photo and video library so you can attach an image or clip you already have. It can also attach a document you choose, such as a permit or a calibration certificate. Each of these is requested at the moment you use it, and declining one leaves the rest of the app working.
It never asks for your location. It never records audio. It carries no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting service, so nothing about your use of it is reported to a third party. Those are not undertakings we are making for the future and hoping to keep: the location and microphone permissions are explicitly blocked in the app's build configuration, so a library added later cannot acquire them quietly.
Evidence you capture is held on the device until it syncs, so the app keeps working in a plant room with no signal, and is then uploaded to your organisation's tenancy.
How it is protected
Each organisation's evidence is encrypted with its own data encryption key, used for AES-256-GCM and wrapped by AWS Key Management Service. Every unwrap is recorded in CloudTrail, so key use is auditable after the fact rather than asserted. Traffic between your device and us is encrypted in transit.
Access on our side is limited to the people who need it to run the service and support it, and is logged.
Where it is stored, and who else touches it
On Amazon Web Services, in the Asia-Pacific region. That means personal data may be stored and processed outside the country you are in, including where your organisation is established elsewhere. If your procurement process needs the specific region and the contractual terms that go with it, ask us and we will put it in writing.
AWS provides our hosting, file storage, key management and outbound email. We do not use advertising networks, analytics vendors or data brokers, so the list of third parties who see your data is short by design rather than by omission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, in case you come back to us. If you tell us you're not interested, we close the record then rather than keeping it warm for a future campaign.
Your personal profile is deleted within 30 days of your account being closed. Audit records belong to your organisation and are kept for as long as its agreement with us runs, because an audit trail that can be quietly shortened is not an audit trail. When that agreement ends, the records are returned or deleted within 90 days on the terms set out in it.
Server logs are kept for 30 days. Encrypted backups age out on their own schedule after that, so a record you asked us to delete can sit in a backup briefly before it expires; it is not restored to the live service in the meantime.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from inside the mobile app, in your profile. If you would rather write to us, or you no longer have the app installed, email support@secuiera.com and say so.
Deleting your account removes your personal profile and revokes your access. Audit records your organisation owns stay with your organisation, in the same way that resigning from a job does not withdraw the reports you filed while you held it. If you need those removed as well, your organisation has to ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. You don't need to cite a regulation at us to be taken seriously, and we won't make you use a form.
Where the request concerns audit content rather than you, we will tell you so and point you at your organisation rather than quietly doing nothing.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your personal data badly, write to support@secuiera.com and we will look at it properly and come back to you. If you are not satisfied with how we resolve it, you can escalate to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Children
Secuierais a workplace tool sold to organisations and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and we don't direct any part of the product at them.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie present is there to make the site function.
The dashboard uses cookies to keep you signed in. The mobile app uses the operating system's secure storage for the same purpose rather than cookies.
Changes
If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we'll change this page. Where a change is material and you hold an account, we'll tell you rather than relying on you to re-read this.
Getting in touch
Questions about any of this go to support@secuiera.com, or by post to Secuiera Solutions Private Limited, No. 1-327, Raghunath Vihar, Sector 14, Kharghar, Panvel, Raigarh (MH) - 410210, Maharashtra, India.
This notice describes our current practice in plain terms. Where your organisation holds a written agreement with us, its data-protection terms govern the audit content it owns, and this notice does not narrow them.
